Ordered this watch for my granddaughter and she was so excited to receive it .what a waste of time and money , my daughter has been trying to get this thing working with no luck , called the company ! Little to no help ,it will be returned .

His watch doesn’t work he can’t call out on it. I can’t track them on it and it says he ain’t taking calls right now.

Great helicopter mom tool. It arrived and was easy to set up. Occasionally it is glitchy to call to watch even from the approved contact list. However the watch always works as advertised from the wearer’s prospective. The gps is very accurate. I drove around with it and watched the updates in the app at every stop light. The battery runs better than I thought. I really like the school hours that limit play time while at school. I bought another for my other kid and recommended to all my friends.

So far we've really been impressed with the watch, other than some headaches during setup. We encountered the no Sim error and had to reach out to support. Since that was resolved the tracking has been good, call quality is surprisingly clear, and the kids have liked the watches.

Does not work as described. Texts do not come to cellphone, they go to the app so you have to check the app every time. Constantly says “No SIM card inserted” and it has to be restarted to work. Used it for a couple days before my son was tired of it not working.
