Die Suunto 7 Zwart bietet ein helles AMOLED-Display und viele Sportfunktionen, darunter über 70 Sportmodi und präzises GPS. Offline-Karten und Heatmaps sind ideal für Outdoor-Sportler. Die Uhr ist robust und wasserdicht, aber der Akku hält bei aktiver Nutzung meist nur einen Tag. Die Herzfrequenzmessung ist bei intensiven Aktivitäten nicht immer zuverlässig und die Wear OS Software wirkt manchmal träge. Externe Sensoren werden nicht unterstützt. Wer vielseitiges Sporttracking und Karten sucht, sollte die Akku- und Pulsmessungsgrenzen beachten.

With the Suunto 7, the Finnish manufacturer tries to blur the lines between smartwatches, running watches and fitness trackers, using Google's Wear OS. While I was impressed with the huge display, the offline maps and the sensor precision, the Suunto 7 doesn't fully compensate for the shortcomings of its user interface and the short-sh battery life.

I have this watch now for two weeks. Overall quitte satisfied about it. Two disapointments: 1. Strava cannot be installed anymore to this OS version. Perhaps it's possible to link my activities from strava to the Suunto app but I don't know how to do that. 2. The album covers from the biggest music streaming app are not displayed on the watch.

Poor battery and poor sport watch. For example: No drills mode on pool swimming and also no rest time. Can't load running exercises and intervals. Why I can't upload mp3 music on inside storage? VO2?
