My wife bought me the watch for Christmas. I really liked the features at first but now 6 months later battery last about 7-8 hours it used to last 40hrs. Everyone I've talked too that have apple samsung garmin etc... their battery will last a long as day one.

Product worked for 1hr. Getting system is corrupt, cannot be started error. Keeps looping into error. Not worth it obviously.

Extremely disappointed with this watch, and I saw reviews of Amazon was mislead me to buy this watch. Super hot when I put this watch on my wrist, I can't even put it on my wrist and it's plastic and almost like fried my hand. I can't expect this much of heat on my wrist for the whole day. Returning back to Amazon.

The watch worked as advertised for 5 moths before suffering a software malfunction. The watch is covered by the warranty; however, it's a pain to have to return the watch and also get reimbursed for the cost to return the watch with a tracking number. The other gripe I have with the watch is that the battery life is quite poor and if you spend a little more $ you can get a much higher quality watch. I wish I could get my money back for this and I would purchase a higher quality watch. While the lower price tag is appealing, having a software malfunction 5 months after purchase is quite frustrating. Overall it's not a bad watch; I liked using youtube music and the fitness tracking is decent. I just think there are some much higher quality smart watches out there and they aren't that much more expensive given the frustration of having to return the watch to the manufacturer.
