Have used this for two weeks so far. Works as advertised. Great battery and rugged design. Some of the screens are not laid out as well as Garmin forerunner watches. Would be good to turn off functions like altimeter/barometer/compass when not needed.

I used to wear cheaper digital watches, and the watch itself and the software at Garmin has been tremendous.
