No Help. This order was canceled yet you are asking for review? I called support 3 times and couldnt get help. We were bring out business account over and the rep that they sent out didn't have any idea what she was doing. She was in my home for 4 hours and then said should get the system to work. Crazy as she was on the phone with a manager from start to finish

Very poor customer service. My watch has a cellular option, but it doesn't work unless it's close to my phone; I'm paying for a service that doesn't work.

Watch is great except the fact I can text android users from watch even after talking to AT&T support several times still cannot figure out the problem with the watch

Too big and heavy for me. I could handle how big it was but the heaviness was a no go for me
