I was approved online. ready to go. Then got email to go in store. I got no iphone 16. But did get a new number and pri ey service, big bill. So I'm very unhappy with AT&T. I felt scammed, very scammed

Not sure how much clearer I can be about this. THIS PHONE NEVER ARRIVED TO OUR HOUSE. FedEx lost it. You wouldn’t ship a new phone without requiring fedex multiple days to investigate and find the package. I spent 9 hours on the phone with customer service over multiple days, every agent had a different story or solution. None of which worked. The final agent told me I could just add another line to get another phone and pay double for a line and device I didn’t need. So thanks. I’ve left and went to AT&T and now you’re asking me how my service is!
