Drops out frequently, when it is alive it says that there are no settings customisable for it despite the box saying it can be automated and scheduled. The app frequently confusrd it with a light or days there is am unknown error. Hopeless.

The WiZ smart plug is Alexa and Google Home compatible and is a simple and effective way to smarten up your home. It doesn’t have more advanced features like energy monitoring, and the setup process is a little tedious, but it works well.

Really super easy to set up & follow the instructions.

It very intuitive, difficult to connect to Alexa. Wasted money

Wiz app is too complicated to use. I have to tried 2 times in order to connect successfully. Once I unplug, and plug it into another socket, I have to do the connection again. Other switch like remove, Alec and others, those plugs will automatically connect to your apps even I switched them around.
