Takes a little while to start up but I’ve used it twice now with absolutely brilliant results. Enough for 5 people & great compact size. Low watts means you can use it on a campervan battery which is ideal. Very happy with this purchase. Thank you.

This is a great slow cooker for those who have little counter space. Instad of large and shallow this is upright, thus space saving. Really cooks well both on high and low settings. I don't use the chalk element as this is just a gimmick but some might like to use it. Fabulous on hot days (if you don't want or like salads) as there is very little heat emitted on cooking. Great value, definately recommend this cooker.

Ok I know this is a slow cooker, but you can’t secure the lid, and it doesn’t get very hot so it is a slow slow cooker. That said stews left over 10 hours are banging. I think this is a bargain but you can get better ones for similar money.

Apart from preparing casseroles and scrummy puddings, I use these to keep sausages and bacon hot when I make a communal breakfast.

As a recently single man, I was surprised at how expensive it is to cook for ONE person. Then cost of living and rising inflation hit, and my wallet cried out in fear. This wonderful piece of equipment has reduced my food bills drastically. I made a great lamb curry last week, 5 good portions, boxed, refridgerated and consumed. Downside, you do eat the same meal 4 or 5 days on the bounce. Plus side, quick, easy, simple and cost saving. Currently have a chilli simmering away in this, will leave overnight on low setting, by morning will have been cooking for 12 hours. Honestly, the meat will melt in my mouth. Best buy this year for money saving.
