Der Sweet Protection Winder Mips ist ein moderner, relativ leichter Ski- und Snowboardhelm für Piste und Freeride-Einsatz. Durch Mips und In-Mold Impact Shields wird die Aufprallenergie besser über kritische Zonen verteilt, was bei höherem Tempo für mehr Sicherheit sorgt. Der Helm bietet einen komfortablen Sitz mit Verstellrad, ein feuchtigkeitsableitendes, herausnehmbares Futter und Ohrenpolster, die für Audiosysteme vorbereitet sind. Die Goggle-Garage ermöglicht einen sauberen Übergang zur Brille und hilft, Beschlagen zu reduzieren. Zu beachten ist, dass die Belüftung passiv und nicht verschließbar ist, die ovale Form nicht auf jeden Kopftyp optimal passt und man für Audio-Vorbereitung und Mips mehr bezahlt als für einfache Basishelme.

According to Virginia Tech, this is one of the safest helmets made. The fit is good, even without a boa system. It hugs your face like a mx helmet. Haven't taken a dirt sample, thus can't speak to how well it works. But, the design seems solid.

Fitment is perfect. I live in Texas and wasn't sure if it would be too hot for the state.. it was fine. Did I mention how I love the fitment? It helped that it was pretty light also.

Solid built helmet. Only issue is sizing across the board. I've tried a fox speed frame helmet in medium fits me perfect, the dropframe in medium is too small, size up

The will call process was smooth. The helmet Drop frame Pro, FoGetAboutIt! Hands down the best helmet I've evered own. MIPS, is the standard, Fox did a really nice job on the engineering, aesthetics are dope.
