Der Oakley Mod3 ist ein All-Mountain-Ski- und Snowboardhelm, der leichtes Tragegefühl mit hoher Sicherheit kombiniert, dank In-Mold-Konstruktion und MIPS-Technologie, die darauf ausgelegt ist, Rotationskräfte bei schrägen Stürzen zu reduzieren. Das BOA-360-Fitsystem und die verstellbare Belüftung sorgen für einen präzisen Sitz und eine kontrollierte Temperatur, während das Modular Brim System eine saubere Verbindung zu verschiedenen Goggle-Formen ermöglicht und so das Beschlagen reduziert. Im Gegenzug liegt der Preis über dem der Mod1-Serie, der Fidlock-Verschluss wirkt für manche Nutzer etwas umständlich, und Gewicht sowie Volumen sind nicht ganz so minimalistisch wie bei rein tourenorientierten Helmen, wodurch der Mod3 besonders für Vielskifahrer interessant ist, die Wert auf Vielseitigkeit legen.

I tried this helmet on with and without the gator I normally ski with. It fit perfectly with the gator and, after easily tightening the helmet while wearing it, then it fit perfectly without the gator, too. Can't wait to to get out on the mountain next season!

I purchased this ski helmet, excited to finally try skiing with it for the first time. However, my experience quickly turned from excitement to fear due to a critical failure of this helmet during my very first use. As the picture shows, the helmet cracked almost completely through after what should have been a manageable fall. This level of damage is unacceptable for a product meant to protect your head during high-impact sports. The integrity of the helmet's material was clearly subpar, leaving me questioning its safety standards. A helmet is a crucial safety tool for skiing, and this one failed spectacularly when I needed it most. Fortunately, I wasn't seriously injured, but this incident could have ended much worse. I cannot recommend this product to anyone and strongly urge the manufacturer to reevaluate the design and materials used. Safety should never be compromised, and this product missed the mark entirely. Do not risk your well-being with this helmet!

I measured my head and the helmet fit my head perfectly. But the ear flaps stuck out too far and are not flush to my ears. They would not keep my ears warn. Returned.

This Oakley Mod I Pro is a fantastic fit for my husband. He especially likes the ear pockets because he's sensitive to getting his ears squished.
