Der Oakley Mod1 Pro ist ein Snow-Helm mit niedrigem Profil, verstärkter Dura-Matter-Außenschale, MIPS und Skull Matrix und richtet sich an Fahrer, die besonderen Wert auf Schutz und Langlebigkeit legen. Das BOA 360-System, die magnetische Fidlock-Schnalle und das abnehmbare, waschbare Innenfutter mit Ohrpads sorgen für eine sehr genaue Anpassung und hohen Bedienkomfort bei unterschiedlichen Wetterbedingungen. Durch die robustere Konstruktion ist der Helm allerdings schwerer als einfachere Modelle, und das Fehlen integrierter Audio-Ohrpolster sowie die feste Belüftung und der höhere Preis machen ihn vor allem für anspruchsvolle Skifahrer und Snowboarder interessant, die Komfort, Sicherheit und Verarbeitung priorisieren.

I measured my head and the helmet fit my head perfectly. But the ear flaps stuck out too far and are not flush to my ears. They would not keep my ears warn. Returned.

I love the color. I love the adjustable crank thing in back. I love the easy clip. Feels so warm.

The helmet (Mod1) looks good, but the inner lining material is rough on the skin, especially on the forehead, and lacks padding. The goggle clip at the back is not flexible at all and can't hold the goggle band underneath; it will break if I push the band further. I have already sent the photos to OakleySocialCSE, but no reply yet and I doubt they will act on it to improve their product based on my recent experience with Oakley CS.
