I ordered this Ring Floodlight as brand new and I picked it up only to find out when I get home that they gave me a dirty scratched up used and missing parts. I called customer service and they said it was sent by Ring. They said to call the manufacturer or take it back to the store. So now I have to drive back to the store and take it back. I am now contemplating whether I should use a different brand. This is a horrible experience. Make sure you open the box before you leave the store.
