i bought 4 of those cameras they all stop working , its not under the rain safe place , no customer phone support dont waste your money

Absolutely love Reolink, very user friendly and best night time video of all cameras I’ve purchased . I also added a outdoor Ptz which I highly recommend, great quality, heavy duty , everything you need. Simply amazed a picture quality.

As many write the focusing different zoom levels is not great when panning. You have to set all your stops at the same zoom level to avoid frustrating yourself. The auto pan is one direction which sucks. Panning a wall makes no sense. The night IR is fair at best. Caught a drone on it and couldn't get very good definition. It appeared as a light. Maybe it was a small UFO can't tell for sure. It's really not bad just don't expect too much. Oh yeah, the motion detection picks up everything. To be fair I haven't reduced the level of motion yet. It doesn't appear to stop for motion.

Simple easy to install, program and operate via the NVR or the Windows or IOS app

Woks well, hooks up easily. Great camera. I had software problems but it turned out to be a Windows problem and not caused by Reolink.
