works perfectly well, still an happy customer after 4 years of use

Problem started when Drop can became Nest Cam. Their camera's are great but their customer service and tech support is terrible. For three months I've been trying to subscribe to there cloud recording service but their web site won't complete the purchase. Their very slow customer service keeps giving me suggestions and no solutions. And they don't take subscriptions over the phone. Useless camera if I can't subscribe to any of their service. Terrible customer service and tech support. Spend your money somewhere else. Appearantly they don't want mine.

While sold as a home use monitor - this product insists on placing large branding on your video feed which cannot be turned off. Totally unreasonable for something you are paying for. The other issue I have with this camera is the stability of the connection - since its selling as a baby monitor it needs to be very reliable but frequently I see a static image, which means I cannot rely on this product for that purpose.

you set your own time zone you just have to sign in and do it on a PC or MAC

Very happy with this product. Excellent video quality! Only one negative is that it can only be used wirelessly, there is no ethernet connection, hence it cannot be positioned to far from your router. Otherwise brilliant.
