Brand new camera stuck in firmware update bootloop. Has never worked since I bought it. I will be returning this today. Read the Arlo forums before you purchase. Arlo Support says it's an "internal issue". This is supposed to be a 24/7 security device. It can't be offline indefinitely while we wait on some unpublished issue, with no resolution ETA.

Taking this cam back for a refund. I am in IT (so I know how to set up equipment) 2 days talking to Arlo's useless support team and I they cannot get the camera to update it's firmware, link to either LTE or WiFi. 0/10

It has never worked properly from the start, issues connecting to view live (only 10% sucess). I don't know whether it is the camera or the connection and don't know how to find out. I don't have internet on-site, which is why I bought the camera. I get a notification of vehicle detection so immediately try to view live but cant connect. It's been 24hrs since I was able to view the camera live.

Constant issues with updating firmware. Have several other non 4G Arlo cameras and happy with them. Unable to talk to Arlo as apparently buying a new product doesn’t give you access to their phone support, only community support. Very disappointed. Happy with after sales service from JBHiFi, trying to do what they can to solve the issue, while not being their problem…replaced without question with 2nd unit unfortunately with same issue.
