Eufy 4G LTE Cam S330

Awesome camera but plan on returning it due to the lack of cloud storage without a Homebase 3 (plus wifi, deeming the 4G feature irrelevant)

We had earlier version of this and loved it however, the battery leaked (even though under cover so never got wet) and lasted 6 months. The worst part was buying it from Noel Leeming (which I will never do again) as they wanted to send it off to be looked at and see if could be fixed, which took weeks! For such a small amount of money as they were only about $400 on sale, we ended up with no camera as couldn't be fixed and they discontinued it. My advice a) don't buy off Noel Leeming Taupo in case you have issues as Eufy will replace if issues unlike the long process with Noel Leeming Taupo and b) check the brand website first before buying in case they are discontinuing as that could be why there is big price drop. The camera itself was great when it worked so won't fault that.

I had heaps of issues trying to get it setup on 4g via One Nz after trying alsorts the tird person I talked to on the second day suggested using internet as the apn with no username or password and none as the authentication and it finally worked

The S3 Pro camera kit and S380 Homebase were fine until automated firmware update make the batteries on the camera drain within a few days. This included the cameras with the external solar panel. The cameras were working fine for just over a year and because the cameras were out of warranty, Eufy provided absolutely no help to fix the problem they created with the update. The $1999 camera system is now unusable. After trying to fix this problem on my own, it seems a lot of people also have no joy from their customer service so buyer beware!

The eufy security system is so easy to use, has a great user interface, and runs without any problems. I particularly like this model because it's completely wireless and charges daily as long as it has adequate sun.
