Die Makita BO3710 ist eine 1/3-Blatt-Schleifmaschine mit einer sehr soliden gegossenen Metallbasisplatte, die unter Last flach und stabil bleibt. Dies führt zu sehr gleichmäßigen Schleiferergebnissen. Die internen Luftkanäle sind etwa 10-mal größer als bei kleineren Schleifmaschinen, was zu einer hervorragenden Staubabsaugung mit Staubsack führt (etwa 70% Staubaufnahme). Mit einem externen Staubsauger angeschlossen wird es fast staubfrei. Der ergonomische Gummigriff und der Griff bieten Komfort, und das vollmetalliges Papierklemmsystem macht den Papierwechsel einfach. Mit 11.000 OPM und 190W Motor ist es für Schleifarbeiten geeignet, aber nicht für aggressives Schleifen. Es ist sehr leise (72 dB(A)) und robust gebaut. Nachteile sind die fehlende variable Drehzahlregelung, kein Staubsaugeradapter enthalten und der große Grundriss macht Arbeiten in engen Räumen schwierig.

I liked the feel of the grip and the clamps for the paper. The only draw back is about the same as any other brands; the dust collection bag sticking out the back making the sander longer to use in tighter areas.

Around 40 percent less than HD. The quality is excellent and straight forward. Its clamping mechanism for the sandpaper is well designed and effective. Noise level is about standard for these units. Highly recommended.
