Fujitsu ScanSnap iX1400, 216 x 360 mm, 600 x 600 DPI, 40 Seiten pro Minute, ADF-Scanner, Weiß, Colour CIS

- Tested on 300 pages, with a MacMini 2018, macos Sequoia, wifi, the result is pretty convincing, scanning is very fast and smooth, no jams. The quality is better than with the scanner on my Pixma TS6350, the outlines are sharper. No problem with pages scanned crooked. - Tried scanning a passport and ID card through the front slot: the result is very good, much better than with the Pixma TS6350, which never produced a proper result on this type of document. - On the other hand, for photos the Pïxma TS6350 still has the edge. - Scansnap Home software: installation a bit tedious but not complicated. Pretty easy to use, but I'm not a big fan of the interface. Not available on Linux, which is a shame. - LDLC customer service was very efficient when I noticed that a cable was missing. In the end it was my mistake, I had not looked properly in the box, but in the meantime LDLC sent me a new cable. I will order again without hesitation.

This Ricoh/Fujitsu scanner is perfect. I had an equivalent Fujitsu Scansnap S1500 model for 15 years and I could have kept it if it hadn't been stolen. Which is silly, as the drivers have not been available for several years now, I believe. The new model is even faster and easier to install. It has more functions, but takes a bit longer to set up (tickets, documents, etc.). LDLC are very fast and competent for technical questions.

Very good quality scanner, very fast. Order tracking on the LDLC site is perfect, everything is simple.

most times works well but at times jam and will have updates that only our IT can finalize that ok but the updates happen random times of the day...

Based on my preview experience with this scanner i can say that it the greatest one because it is easy scan any type of document. thanks!
