Purchased this POS, tried to access said POS with special cable, needed service contract to install firmware.. Paid for $500+ annual service contract from authorized distributor (CDW), was told by CDW that POS had already been registered and was from a gray market "because Amazon". Avoid this POS at all costs and go for NETGEAR!
