Obviously was not new, since it shipped with a config file already installed. Other than that, it works pretty good.

If you are familiar with Cisco enterprise grade hardware then this is pretty standard. It works well and you get basic functionality through the UI and a wide range of advanced functions through the CLI.

This is an excellent price. We bought a couple and are using them for remote branch offices. Also for anyone who might have concerns, I verified that I could add SmartNet maintenance to the units I bought.

This is the first stopping off point when you want Gigabit routing. Two GbE ports and plenty of expandability make the 1921 worth looking at if your external connectivity is something like Fibre. The downside if that you do not have the option of extra interfaces standard so you need to add another gigabit interface to do so which is expensive. I personally run one of these at home, and it is part of my Cisco Lab.

Needed this to connect to a remote, rural campus where only frame relay is available. Bundle is a good value, all needed cards are included for T1 connectivity.
