Der Dyson 360 Vis Nav überzeugt durch Saugkraft und Kantenreinigung, fehlen aber wichtige moderne Funktionen wie Selbstentleerung und Wischen. Die Navigation reicht für den Alltag, ist aber nicht so intelligent wie bei der Konkurrenz. Der Preis ist hoch für das gebotene Paket, besonders wenn man mehr als nur Saugen möchte. Ideal, wenn Saugkraft Priorität hat, weniger geeignet für All-in-One-Lösungen.

The vacuum took a long time to arrive, once it did It couldn’t navigate around the house as it has an optical sensor calibration issue which after a week talking to Dyson support needed to be resolved at the factory. I have sent it in the post and it still hasn’t arrived there. I’m sure it’ll be great if it ever comes back.

Er hat natürlich keine Wischfunktion. Saugt stark, aber die App nervt. Findet Zonen nicht und bricht dann ab. Am nächsten Tag alles i.O. und dann wieder nur Arbeitsverweigerung. Service von Dyson? Nun das Telefonat endete mit - es wurde aufgelegt und ich solle das Gespräch bewerten.

Save your money. This Dyson robot vacuum is not worth it. The vacuum does NOT map correctly, repeatedly misses rooms, and constantly gets confused. It also cannot find its docking station, even when it's right in front of it. Expect long wandering, incomplete coverage, and constant frustration. This product is completely outside Dyson's strengths, and it shows. Their upright and stick vacuums are great — this robotic vacuum is not. Even worse, the return policy traps you. Dyson will not refund your money unless you purchase directly from them. Retailers like NFM only offer a refund within 14 days, and after that you're stuck exchanging for another Dyson product. There is no true refund option once that window closes. Overall: Very bad product, poor navigation, poor mapping, poor docking, and a restrictive return policy.
