Er reinigt gründlich auf verschiedenen Böden und erreicht Kanten dank MopExtend. Die lange Akkulaufzeit und smarte Navigation sind ideal für große Wohnungen. Der Preis ist jedoch sehr hoch und Ersatzteile sind teuer. Die Hinderniserkennung kann manchmal versagen und die App ist für Anfänger nicht einfach.

We wish we got one of these a long time ago! A couple of minor things but overall really a great product. Love that you can watch the camera live or even just use the vac to turn on the camera to check out what the pets are upto! Vacuum works great, very minimal left behind if anything. Mop also works well! Have only had a couple weeks at this point.

Hiermit möchte ich meine äußerst negative Erfahrung mit Dreame teilen. Ich habe ein Gerät gekauft, das nach kurzer Zeit fehlerhaft war – es wischt trocken, anstatt die Böden zu reinigen. Nachdem ich es zur Reparatur eingeschickt hatte, kam es mit neuen Defekten zurück, die vorher nicht vorhanden waren. Beim zweiten Reparaturversuch wurde überhaupt nichts behoben. Die ursprünglichen Fehler waren weiterhin vorhanden, und zusätzlich kam das Gerät mit neuen Kratzern zurück. Der Zustand hat sich also eher verschlechtert als verbessert. Der Kundenservice von Dreame ist absolut uneinsichtig. Trotz mündlicher Zusage habe ich bis heute keine Rückerstattung erhalten. Zusätzlich möchte ich darauf hinweisen, dass der Kundenservice am Telefon gegen die DSGVO verstößt. Es wird zwar in englischer Sprache darauf hingewiesen, dass das Gespräch aufgezeichnet wird, allerdings wird keine Möglichkeit zum Widerspruch angeboten. Dreame kann ich in keiner Weise weiterempfehlen.

Product is excellent. Some nitpick like sometimes mop smells a bit funky after clean, but can be avoided by checking the dock station if there are any dirt stuck in carriage.

This robot is both intelligent and persistent. Plus a great communicator, intuitive and has a great personality. We have loved watching our Dreame Vacuum work and uncover shine and cleanliness we didn’t know was possible for our tiles!

Useful robot makes cleaning a dream. Super quick mapping function and can set no go zones. Setting up scheduled cleaning was easy and lots of functions for high level of customization. Functions great doesn’t bump into things and detects obstacles and cords very well. Did have some trouble navigating itself back to base a few times but seems to have overcome that now. Only have to manually vacuum small parts of the house now like behind doors. Very user friendly.
