Der Yokohama BluEarth-4S AW21 in 235/55R17 103W XL ist ein ernstzunehmender Ganzjahresreifen für Fahrer, die das ganze Jahr über mit einem Reifensatz unterwegs sein möchten. Der Reifen wird häufig für seine starken Leistungen auf nasser Fahrbahn gelobt: Bremsweg, Traktion und Aquaplaningsicherheit zählen zu den klaren Stärken und sind besonders in regenreichen Regionen hilfreich. Auch auf leicht verschneiten Straßen fährt er sicher genug für milde Winter. Zudem bietet er ein gutes Maß an Komfort und einen meist angenehmen Geräuschpegel, wodurch er sich für den täglichen Einsatz und längere Strecken gut eignet. Es gibt jedoch Grenzen. In strengen Winterbedingungen und auf Eis erreicht er nicht das Niveau eines reinen Winterreifens und ist daher weniger für sehr kalte oder bergige Gegenden zu empfehlen. Tests berichten außerdem, dass Haftung und Lenkpräzision auf trockener Straße bei hohen Temperaturen nur durchschnittlich ausfallen; das Lenkgefühl wirkt bei dynamischer Fahrt etwas träge und ungenau. Auch der Verschleiß und die zu erwartende Laufleistung werden in der Regel eher als solide als herausragend bewertet. Der Reifen eignet sich vor allem für Fahrer, die sichere Nässeperformance und ganzjährigen Komfort wichtiger finden als maximale Sommerhaftung oder Spitzenleistung in Tiefschnee.

excellent silent and safe tire no grip problems both in dry and wet conditions, only a small criticism I have the impression that it tends to wear out quickly we will see, on the other hand in general with the 4 season compound that I know more of 30/35 thousand kilometers it is not possible to do, I hope to do at least another 15/20 thousand, however I will buy them back

It drives great. However, wear is very quick for 2 years. Now I have to replace it with new ones. Mainly front axle.

Good all-weather tire with good properties on dry and wet roads. Amazingly good properties in snow. Can recommend the tire.

Such an amazing tyre from Yokohama. Equally as good, if not better, than both Uniroyal and Yokohama winter tyres that I have used in the past. So much quieter too than winter tyres. Top rated traction on both snow and ice. I have passed taxi drivers and over enthusiastic prestige German car drivers trying to go up steep snow covered hills as the Yokohama BluEarth-4S AW21 just kept on going with confidence and tenacious grip. I would swear blind that my humble Skoda Octavia Combi was a 4 x 4 rather than FWD! I understand that this tyre is TUV Sud approved and I can totally as to understand why. Such good valve tyres so go and purchase some, you will not regret it!
