Der Yokohama BluEarth-4S AW21 235/50R18 XL 101V ist ein Ganzjahresreifen, der vor allem auf nassen und winterlichen Straßen überzeugt. Tests und Fahrerberichte bescheinigen ihm zuverlässige Bremswege und hohen Grip im Regen sowie starke Traktion und Bremsleistung im Schnee und bei niedrigen Temperaturen. Damit ist er interessant für Fahrer, die nicht ständig zwischen Sommer- und Winterreifen wechseln möchten. Der Fahrkomfort wird in den ersten Jahren als angenehm und relativ leise beschrieben. Im Gegenzug zeigen Vergleichstests, dass der Bremsweg auf trockenem Asphalt deutlich länger ist als bei den besten Konkurrenten und der Grip bei dynamischer Fahrt auf Nässe früher nachlässt. Für sehr harte Winter und vereiste Straßen bleibt ein reiner Winterreifen die sicherere Wahl. Mehrere Erfahrungsberichte erwähnen zudem, dass das Abrollgeräusch mit der Zeit zunimmt und sich kleine Risse im Profil bilden können, worauf man bei längerer Nutzung achten sollte.

excellent silent and safe tire no grip problems both in dry and wet conditions, only a small criticism I have the impression that it tends to wear out quickly we will see, on the other hand in general with the 4 season compound that I know more of 30/35 thousand kilometers it is not possible to do, I hope to do at least another 15/20 thousand, however I will buy them back

It drives great. However, wear is very quick for 2 years. Now I have to replace it with new ones. Mainly front axle.

Good all-weather tire with good properties on dry and wet roads. Amazingly good properties in snow. Can recommend the tire.

Such an amazing tyre from Yokohama. Equally as good, if not better, than both Uniroyal and Yokohama winter tyres that I have used in the past. So much quieter too than winter tyres. Top rated traction on both snow and ice. I have passed taxi drivers and over enthusiastic prestige German car drivers trying to go up steep snow covered hills as the Yokohama BluEarth-4S AW21 just kept on going with confidence and tenacious grip. I would swear blind that my humble Skoda Octavia Combi was a 4 x 4 rather than FWD! I understand that this tyre is TUV Sud approved and I can totally as to understand why. Such good valve tyres so go and purchase some, you will not regret it!
