Der Yokohama BluEarth-4S AW21 ist ein Ganzjahresreifen, der vor allem wegen seiner sicheren Performance auf nassen Straßen und soliden Leistungen bei leichtem Winterwetter geschätzt wird. Tests und Fahrer berichten von gutem Grip und stabilen Bremswegen auf Nässe sowie ausreichender Traktion auf Schnee und Eis in gemäßigten Wintern. Gleichzeitig fährt der Reifen komfortabel und berechenbar, und der geringe Rollwiderstand unterstützt einen niedrigeren Kraftstoffverbrauch. Allerdings zeigt der AW21 klare Schwächen: Auf trockener Fahrbahn bei höheren Temperaturen fehlt es an Lenkpräzision, und die Bremswege fallen länger aus als bei Spitzenkonkurrenten. In starkem Schneefall oder strengen Wintern schneiden spezialisierte Winter- oder Premium-Ganzjahresreifen besser ab. Die Laufleistung wird häufig als durchschnittlich beschrieben, und das Abrollgeräusch liegt hörbar über vielen Standard-Sommerreifen. Damit eignet sich der Reifen vor allem für Fahrer, die eine preislich attraktive, umweltorientierte Ganzjahreslösung mit Schwerpunkt auf Nässe und milden Wintern suchen und bereit sind, bei trockener Performance und Haltbarkeit Abstriche zu machen.

excellent silent and safe tire no grip problems both in dry and wet conditions, only a small criticism I have the impression that it tends to wear out quickly we will see, on the other hand in general with the 4 season compound that I know more of 30/35 thousand kilometers it is not possible to do, I hope to do at least another 15/20 thousand, however I will buy them back

It drives great. However, wear is very quick for 2 years. Now I have to replace it with new ones. Mainly front axle.

Good all-weather tire with good properties on dry and wet roads. Amazingly good properties in snow. Can recommend the tire.

Such an amazing tyre from Yokohama. Equally as good, if not better, than both Uniroyal and Yokohama winter tyres that I have used in the past. So much quieter too than winter tyres. Top rated traction on both snow and ice. I have passed taxi drivers and over enthusiastic prestige German car drivers trying to go up steep snow covered hills as the Yokohama BluEarth-4S AW21 just kept on going with confidence and tenacious grip. I would swear blind that my humble Skoda Octavia Combi was a 4 x 4 rather than FWD! I understand that this tyre is TUV Sud approved and I can totally as to understand why. Such good valve tyres so go and purchase some, you will not regret it!
