Der Hankook Ventus S1 evo Z K129 in der Größe 255/40R21 XL 102Y ist ein Ultra-High-Performance-Sommerreifen, der vor allem durch Grip und Bremsleistung auf trockener und nasser Fahrbahn überzeugt. Tests und Erfahrungsberichte heben die sehr gute Trockenhaftung, kurze Bremswege und die präzise Lenkreaktion hervor, unter anderem dank breitem Schulterblock und aramidverstärkter Karkasse. Auf nasser Straße bietet das Profil mit breiten Rillen zuverlässige Traktion und gute Aquaplaning-Reserven, wodurch der Reifen bei hohem Tempo im Regen viel Vertrauen gibt. Gleichzeitig wird er für einen Sportreifen als relativ leise und komfortabel beschrieben, bleibt aber spürbar härter als ein komfortorientierter Tourenreifen. Tysta och energieffektiva däck. Känns trygga på både våt och torr väg. Slitaget är för tidigt att uttala mig om men det verkar lovande. Bra pris på däcken också. Jag är nöjd.

The tyres are good, but not the best of the best. No complains apart from two episodes. One was sideways sliding at around 70 kmh in a corner if an autobahn ramp on dry road. That was unexpected. The second was a contact with a parking/sidewalk edging at parking speed, maybe 5 kmh. The tyre has something like a rim protector, which just tore during the contact and I have both a scratched rim and a piece of rubber sticking out of the tyre (I glued it back).
