Der Goodyear Eagle F1 Asymmetric 6 ist ein moderner UHP-Sommerreifen, der den Asymmetric 5 klar bei Bremsleistung, Grip und Effizienz übertrifft. Unabhängige Tests zeigen bis zu rund 7 % kürzere Bremswege auf nasser Fahrbahn und mehr Kurvengrip, kombiniert mit sehr stabilem und berechenbarem Fahrverhalten auch bei hohem Tempo. Gleichzeitig ist der Rollwiderstand um etwa 8 % geringer, was Kraftstoffverbrauch und Reichweite von Elektrofahrzeugen verbessert. Viele Tests und Nutzerberichte betonen zudem das niedrigere Geräuschniveau und den höheren Komfort im Vergleich zum Vorgänger, während die Lenkung dennoch scharf und sportlich bleibt. Es gibt jedoch Kompromisse: Der Preis liegt spürbar über dem des Asymmetric 5 und einigen Wettbewerbern, und durch die weichere Mischung kann der Verschleiß bei sehr sportlicher Fahrweise höher sein als bei eher laufleistungsorientierten Reifen. Außerdem sind die Aquaplaning-Reserven etwas kleiner als beim Asymmetric 5, bleiben für die meisten Fahrer aber mehr als ausreichend. Für alle, die maximalen Nassgrip, viel Fahrspaß und gute Effizienz suchen, gehört er zu den besten Optionen in seiner Klasse.

One of the better tyres I’ve been driving. You’ve full control. Even when you’re to slip on the wet road, it doesn’t slip like bang. But it’s still have grip in the slip and you’re controlling again fast. Lovely aquaplaning on high speed as well! Not bad at all, it’s surprising. But therefore the tyres is only been driving until 5000km. When I’ve got 20-30.000km that’s another question. It’s very quiet and lovely to drive on rough asphalt where’s the car is not shaking but really drives smooth on bad asphalt. Incredible grip, you can really push hard on these tyres without to be afraid if you’re slipping. It’s back on track straight away!

Amazing tyres, grip is excellent, comfort and noise are excellent. the only thing i can fault is that the wear isn't anything special. Down to 4mm after 6000 miles. My tyre size is 245/35R18 but tyretest will not let me add the correct size above.

It is a very comfortable and low noise tire with a great grip in wet and dry conditions, even though the car is a bit heavy. wear and tear looks good.
