Der Goodyear UltraGrip Performance + gilt als sicherer und sehr ausgewogener Winterreifen mit starken Leistungen auf Schnee und nasser Fahrbahn. Unabhängige Tests und Fahrerberichte heben vor allem die kurzen Bremswege sowie das stabile, gut kontrollierbare Fahrverhalten unter typischen Winterbedingungen hervor, was im Alltag viel Vertrauen schafft.[1][3][9][13] Zudem wird häufig erwähnt, dass der Reifen vergleichsweise langsam verschleißt und dadurch eine gute Laufleistung bietet, während Komfort und Geräuschentwicklung für einen sportlichen Winterreifen auf einem ordentlichen Niveau liegen.[1][9][13] Dem stehen einige Nachteile gegenüber: Auf Eis erreichen manche Premium-Konkurrenten noch etwas kürzere Bremswege, und auf trockener Straße bei höherem Tempo ist die Lenkpräzision nicht die beste im Feld.[1] Außerdem zeigen Tests und Bewertungen, dass der Rollwiderstand nicht zu den niedrigsten gehört und der Anschaffungspreis klar über günstigeren Marken liegt.[1][13] Für Fahrer, die Sicherheit und Grip im Winter höher gewichten als maximale Effizienz oder den niedrigsten Preis, bleibt er dennoch eine sehr starke und verlässliche Option.

Very soft shoulder tires, therefore a lot of comfort. Very progressive loss of grip, easy to control. Low wear in relation to the use (at times extremely sporty) that I made of it. Good in the snow but not great, probably due to the vehicle with a light rear. Always very safe.

This is by far the best winter tire I've driven. Perhaps it is also due to the car, but in combination with these tires it is simply a great driving experience. My annual mileage averaged 35,000 km over the past 35 years. I've already had all the branded tires and the Goodyear UltraGrip Performance + in size 225 / 55R18 has absolutely convinced me. I can sign all of the tests available on the Internet. Very high comfort and very good road guidance in all weather conditions, low noise, very precise when steering on winding roads even at higher speeds, perfect straight-line driving. Since no wishes remain unsatisfied. I can't say much about wear and tear yet. After about 9,000 kilometers, the tread shows hardly any signs of wear.

Is a very good tire no problems on wet or snow-covered roads. Ab roll noise is quiet in the city Motorway and country road unfortunately a bit louder, Is very handy. would definitely buy it again.

Smooth and absolutely lovely on snow, sensational grip. Great feel of safety on wet roads. Used to drive with Pirelli Sottozero 3 winter-tyres which are great too however these GoodYear UltraGrip Performance + winter-tyres are a new level of tyres.
