I really like this coat, it fits well and looks good. I tried the waxing of it to improve water resistance and heck i kept reading about it on the Fjallsraven site… the wax bars are harder to use than you’d think . That said the wax and heat gun make it look pretty cool. i expect to dump my other rain coats for this as well as wind breakers .

This light jacket is very well made and comfortable. I like the way the hood is shaped and the amount and placement of the pockets . Waxing the canvas is my next step.

The large size sleeves were much too long while fitting my average size torso. The jacket is pretty heavy for hiking or backpacking purposes and I’m not fan of the waxing technique needed to keep it water resistant.

Great jacket for travel or in the city. Too bulky/ heavy for real outdoors.

A really nice jacket, but... I’d never expect to see such a premium jacket without a hanging loop! Are we supposed to carry hangers around with us? It’s honestly the most inconvenient thing I’ve ever discovered on clothes I’ve bought...and guess what...the unpadded version which is much lighter and packable, has a hanging loop! Something else I don't really like is the velcro fasteners on the sleeves. They are bit more convenient than metallic buttons, but they are also a cheap-ish feature choice on a non-cheap product. Guess what...the unpadded version, also has buttons instead of cheap velcro fasteners. It's confusing. These are my two main complaints...and some threads that stick out in 1 place along the seam. I hope I won't find more.
