Der Philips Shaver Series 5000 S5889/11 überzeugt durch eine angenehme Rasur, auch bei empfindlicher Haut. Die 360° flexiblen Scherköpfe passen sich den Gesichtskonturen gut an und sorgen für ein glattes Ergebnis. Das Gerät kann nass und trocken verwendet werden und bietet eine lange Akkulaufzeit mit Schnellladefunktion. Die selbstschärfenden Klingen bleiben lange scharf. Nachteile sind, dass der Trimmer nicht in allen Richtungen fixiert bleibt und manchmal zurückklappt, sowie kleine Stoppeln am Hals nach der Rasur. Es wird nur ein USB-Kabel mitgeliefert, kein Adapter. Insgesamt ein vielseitiger und hautfreundlicher Rasierer mit kleinen Schwächen.

I was given a philishave razor for my 21st birthday and used it for many many years. Roll on fifty years and I was considering getting a new cordless razor. Having bought a Braun series 9 which I used for a couple of years dropped it in the shower and tried to get it repaired which didn’t prove cost effective. I looked around and the most cost effective solution was to purchase a Philips, which I did. I was pleasantly surprised and impressed with how good it was and looked. It was like welcoming home an old friend.

Coming from blade, to electric after 45 years of shaving I found the initial experience a little sore and time consuming. After finding my footing and relaxing my approach to the task I found that the machine was very capable of a perfect shave in under 5 minutes. Having had to shave twice a day for most of my adult life this ha s saved time and is as good as a single blade shave

It’s not shaving evenly,Some hair not cutting at all some part baby face so deep doesn’t matter how many times u pass from same spot not cutting evenly not recommended.
