I have been using my series 7 for some time now and it is great.

Cannot find a legitimate replacement head for Braun shaver.

I have had this S7 shaver for well over 6 months now and I must say that I am very disappointed with its performance. I just cannot get a clean shave whatsoever. I am disabled and wet shaving was becoming a problem for me so I decided to go back to electric after several years of wet shaving. I have looked at many videos and I am using it ok but the results are awful. I have to wet shave even after using the S7 for 10 mins or more. At £145 I expected something special but this is a waste of money.

Bought as a Christmas present at my request. I only use the stubble trimmer, and it is terrible. Extremely uneven, it missed hairs around .5cm in length when on the 1mm setting. Can’t shave moustache area effectively and some parts around the jawline are really difficult. Please ignore brauns response with instructions on how to shave (hold at right angles etc etc), they are subtly insinuating user error. I would just recommend not buying this product, scissors would be a better and quicker alternative.

i had this bought for mecas xmas gift, gave really patch shave. after around half hour manged clean shave skin was sore and irritated mindue very disappointed.
