Fastest CPU I've ever owned!!!
This CPU makes real-time 8k Red Weapon footage almost a reality, with about 2-3 seconds of buffering per 1 second of footage. 1/2 debayer plays at ~1/2 real-time and 1/4 debayer plays 8k and below red footage in real-time no problem!! My guess is that a 30-core+ machine @3GHz should get you real-time 8k footage. Fastest CPU I've ever owned!!!
