This is a quality product. However those of you that are used to retail boxes that come with heatsinks and fans should be aware that this retail package does not include cooling, you will need to buy cooling appropriate for your case.

Is it normal for for this CPU to run at about 90F idle? I have 2 of these and they are both liquid cooled my radiator mounting options weren't my preferred mounts but no choice. I've got an AMD FX-8350 @ 4GHz, yeah i'm comparing apples to oranges so shoot me, which runs idle between 50-60F.

Run two of these in an ASUS Z10-pe D8 WS board and you have yourself a monster. The turbo is quite nice on this and would match the best Core i5's The shear number of cores with 2xcpu and HT is awesome. Gaming on this beast is a dream. Running BOINC at 100% CPU for a week non-stop resulted in 45degreeC core temps MAX. UNBELIIIEEEEVABLE. I have never been so impressed with hardware. Drool
