TP-LINK Wpa8631p Wlan-repeater

I had a TP-Link network extender, which was fine as long as I stayed on the same floor, but I wanted to extend it to the basement, and that wasn't possible. So I opted for the TP-LINK TL powerline adapter. Available at LDLC not far from my home, very friendly young people, even though I had to go back the next day because the connection cables were missing from the box! I only needed one, but they gave me two! Very easy to install and, above all, amazing connection speed! And what's more, it works! LDLC Metz Augny, perfect!

Followed instructions which were poor to start with. Installed modem adaptor into modem via etherney cable as per instructions on the same powerline circuit and remote adaptor into power pont in same room on same circuit. Followed instructions to pair the units but could not get a successful internet connection to provide WiFi to any devices. My various device picked up the Tplink but then once connected zero wifi signal was being transmitted. SO AFTER ALL THAT TIME WASTED SETTING THIS UNIT UP IT FAILED AND DOESN'T WORK? I'd like my money back and I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT!

Product completely meets my expectations. Easy to install. Very good listening and understanding of my needs. And great advice. I recommend the shop in langueux.

The product works very well despite an old electrical installation, Installation is very easy. No loss of connection, slight loss of ping for gamers but nothing very annoying. I'm not giving it 5 just because I think it's a bit expensive.

It's a pity your technicians don't know that the speed indicated by the manufacturers is not valid !!!!! All in all, without going through any cabling, the maximum speed for ALL PLCs is 25% of the speed "sold"!!!! For me, buying from LDLC was sometimes more expensive, but I was counting on the technical knowledge of your staff... Sincerely jc mousseau
