Super easy to order online and fast pick up at store.

This phone is slim and cute, I like the looks and the screen is big enough. That’s where it stops though. It loses connection to WiFi, and towers all the time, over heats almost every day where I have to restart it. Has constant issues with loading. I’m very much looking forward to the day I get to get a different phone.

Ordered phone on July 1st cancelled the order on the 6th per customer service rep supervisor said 3 days to get the funds back. The ordered device shipped the day after the order was cancelled. Called into loyalty and was told I should have just taking the phone into a location and returned it there. Closest store being over an hour away. It is now July 23 and we still have not received our refund. Have called in numerous times and have been given different info on when the refund will get sent to us. After creating a ticket due to the return not being processed we are now being told it could take another 5 days even though the rep who filed the ticket said they could do it instantly.
