Compared this RPM5 with a RP6 and RP8 and prefered it in every way. You can't beat mass when it comes to turntables. Good support and you are there. Put it with an Audio Note OTO and a pair of nicely efficient speakers ' in my case Audio Note AN-2 Hemp and this turntable is not shown up by any of it. Simple minds live recordings soar and Neil young draws you in. Cant say enough about this deck. Super quiet. Used with a Lehmann Black Cube Classic phono stage and a relatively cheap cartridge ' Ortofon MM Silver and you are there at the gig. Very good value for money.
