I absolutely love the Xiaomi Body Composition Scale S400! It’s so much more useful than a traditional bathroom scale because it gives you a better overall picture of your body composition and makes it easy to keep track of your progress. I love how sleek and compact it looks, so it doesn’t take up much space, and it’s incredibly easy to use. The readings are quick and having the extra body composition information makes tracking changes over time much more interesting and motivating. It’s a great little addition for anyone who wants to be more aware of their health and fitness progress without needing a complicated or bulky device.

This device is NOT accurate, AT ALL. Do not purchase! Once you realize its wrong, is when you realize you cant get a refund either! The only thing this scale can do accurately, is weigh you, nothing else is accurate, not by a long shot. Dont think you can rely on the differences between measurements to indicate trends too, it gets that wrong too. Buy a normal scale. Save your good money!

The scale looks v mod but its readings are totally off - it cannot even do what most conventional analogue scales do - give one's correct weight. I returned it immediately.

For weight measurement 100% BMI not so much I'm sitting probably close to 5% bodyfat at the moment and it says my BMI is 27 but still a great scale as it connects with my phone perfectly
