When it was owned by Whitings the cardio part gave some more detailed information about your heart health. Now they have dumbed it down to just your heart rate. Heart rate at just one point has not much value because really it’s you resting heart rate and maximum or average which is useful which you would get by a tracker with continuous heart rate monitoring. Also mine stopped working after one and a half years and Nokia essentially told me tough luck as the warranty is 1 year.
