I have been using the shredder for a month and I am very pleased with my purchase and the performance of the shredder. I did find it a little temperamental at first until I became used to using it. Whilst it can take several sheets at a time it seems to work better with up to four or five sheets. Feedback for Fellows product manager. It would be a benefit to spend a little more money on the very cheap oil bottle supplied (Every time I use it, I am reminded how cheap it is).

Bought to replace older Fellowes shredder which I've had a long time. They've changed so much in that time. I'm really pleased with my purchase, it's compact but still handles a lot of shredding & I think it's very stylist & easy to use with great safety features.

this shredder really does cut into tiny pieces, still under my desk easily, has quite a few safety features which is a good idea. easy to clean

Bought January 2021 and it has shredded a lot but still going strong

I purchased this shredder to replace my old Fellowes MS-450CS. It was nearly impossible to find a Micro-Cut shredder with a CD shredder as well (believe it or not, I still have some data on discs). What is most disappointing about this shredder is actually one of its selling points (about being 100% jam-proof). It has two sensors in the feed slot which measure or gauge the width of the incoming paper to determine if it can safely shred. The problem with that is, a single sheet or receipt usually folds in on itself due to the resistance of the sensors, so it's more difficult to shred a single item (which I do often). It also balks at thin cardboard - sending the warning indicators red and refusing to shred. Seems underpowered considering its claim of being able to handle 12 sheets.
