It worked fine . . . and was "as advertised." I have been using it heavily for 60 days or so, and it has lived up to expectations.

Love this program, helps to create great work flow charts.

not a graphic artist, i'm even so called on once in a while to design a special chart or table for my boss. if I knew more about the field, I might have found some other software that's a little easier to use. I've been using Visio since early versions and have never found it easy but it's not so difficult either, that a word-editor like myself can't create workable pieces when called on. It's not so bad.

I haven't had a chance to use it very extensively, as yet, but it appears to be everything that I will need for network diagrams.

I did not get the Pro version and instead got standard. The only reason I wanted it was to do floorplans. There are no shapes catalogs in this version to do floor plans of any complexity.
