Habe Stunden gebraucht um herauszufinden wo und wie man die Software von Microsoft herunterladen kann wenn man die Lizenz bei Digitec kauft. Anruf bei Helpline war auch nicht wirklich hilfreich: ich soll die Software direkt von Microsoft herunterladen. Einfacher gesagt als getan... Digitec sollte unbedingt eine genaue Anleitung geben zu diesem Produkt wie man das Herunterladen und installieren kann.

READ THE OTHER REVIEWS - I received my new laptop, followed all instructions, activated windows and the preinstalled word app - despite paying for office 2021 home and student edition - NO CODE, NO INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO INSTALL and NO LENOVO SUPPORT. After jumping through all the tech support hoops I was told... email another part of Lenovo! It's borderline misleading and deceptive to 'sell' a product that doesn't come with the laptop... awaiting Lenovo to advise on how to proceed - otherwise off to the consumer watchdog for a complaint...

I wish I had read the other review before adding this bundle to my laptop purchase - it has been two months and I still don’t have a product key, still cannot use Microsoft Office, and I have gotten absolutely no assistance from Lenovo. They continue to push back that I need to activate an application I don’t have, and insist Microsoft is to blame, but it is clear that Lenovo is the issue here. I was just told I can’t even get a refund for this precut without having my entire order replaced, meaning I have to either send them my laptop back or eat the cost of their cash grab.

Bundled with my laptop. Lenovo failed to provide a product key or any way to activate the software. Spent hours on the phone.

Lenovo's "Electronic download" means they'll charge you for it, show on your order that you bought it but never give you anything except the longest run-around to try to get a product key to be able to use it.
