Microsoft Office 2016 Professional Plus

I should have known better when I went to activate and it wouldn't work. Microsoft said it was activated already. Seller gave me a new code that I still had issues activating. Now it has stopped working and Microsoft says it's a fraudulent code. Seller chukwuj.

Not as advertised. Does not come in a box as shown just a letter with a download link. I sent it back.
