I had to call Customer Service to validate I am a SM. Fine. But then 3 days later still have no email for the Microsoft Software though my cc was charged.

It took a bit longer than an hour to receive the eGift card, but once it arrived, activation was straightforward, and I was able to deploy three installations very quickly. I hope this is available next year when I have to renew.

It has now been over 12 hours since ordering and I do NOT have the ECard. This is despite two calls to customer service, each promising I should receive it soon. Typical Exchange incompetence. Now I have to waste my time finding out where this is. Just buy it in person and try to prevent the cashier from messing up the sale.

I purchased the MS365 subscription and couldn't be happier with the product/purchase. The price is so much better than via other retailers and the instruction to redeem the code are outstanding. Well done, high recommend this product.
