Typical Tiffen quality... absolutely excellent. Threads perfectly into my zoom lens or the Tiffen skylight filter. The feel of the rotating collar has just the right amount of resistance to feel firm but not uncomfortable and thus remains in place. The rotation also has a feel that is very smooth.

Seems to do the job. But, the low-profile design also means it is difficult to unscrew at times. Wish Tiffen had made it with raised bumps or some other means of applying pressure. I think a set of filter wrenches are in my future.

Rotating the filter as you observe the view will show increases in color intensity and sharpness especially when perpendicular to the suns rays. Also cuts reflected glare from water and glass surfaces. Indispensable for outdoor photography.

Everyone who shoots outside should have one. Delivery was prompt. Fits perfectly. Easy on and off (so far). Colors are enhanced. The rotation is a bit stiff. Overall, definitely worth it and a great price.
