I have Windows 10. The pins on my laptop network port got bent. I need a replace external USB network adapter. My friend recommend this one to me. I connected to computer, drivers installed instantly and ready to use within a minute. Performed a Google speed text and reached 93+ Mbps. I also used this to connected to card readers to program them with no issues.

My Mac Mini Ethernet quit functioning. =( Plugged this in and I am right back in business. I am running Puppy linux instead of Mac OS, so I cannot speak for how well it works in a mac, but I love how it worked in Linux. Instant success!

We recently switched to a Chromebook so none of our devices have LAN ports. I needed to adjust some settings on our home router (which is doable on wifi but much easier plugged in directly) so I needed a way to plug in my Chromebook directly to the router. This was perfect. If I were needing to hardwire a device for actual internet use and streaming I would probably spend the extra few dollars on something better but for what I was trying to do, this was exactly what I needed.

Works just fine. I originally bought it for my child's Nintendo Switch but I'm using it for my laptop instead. It doesn't do very well for the Nintendo switch.

It worked for one day and then never again. I have used TP Link devices before with good results so even though it was cheap I thought I was safe.
