This switch is being used in a technophile's home to connect two mesh networks and provide wired networking for maximum throughput to a 250mbps internet connection. The switch was simple to setup and configure. I was able to update the firmware in about ten minutes with a little bit of help from Google. The quality of service feature is simple to use and works well. I have not used the link aggregator yet, but look forward to testing it in the near future, at which time I will update this review. Good value for the money.

No matter what I try. If I wget 192.168.1.1 I get a connection refused. Oh I can ping it, but Chrome, FFX etc the https connection is refused. If I try to telnet to it I can't get to any type of login (although the connection is open. so I know it's working) Maybe this switch is set up incorrectly if I just plug it into a network? It would make sense, since it's not configured stock, that maybe some of the switches were sent out with someone else able to access them? -Edit- Well, not being able to access the interface, it's still a fast switch. I just need the interface for link aggregation. It's a PITA because my network is a 10.x.x.x :(

This switch is perfect for my homelab/home network. The features are on par with switches that cost 3 times as much, and the fanless design means that it can sit in the living room without bothering the family.

You have to update the firmware and factory reset before configure it
