Trendnet TPE-S44 PoE Switch 8 Port

30W of POE power would not power my 4 cameras! YES, they clearly state that it handles 30W but most people would think it would handle 4 cameras since it has 4 POE ports. It easily handles 3 cameras but when I plugged in the 4th it failed, making me power the camera from a 12VDC supply which defeated the purpose of buying a POE switch. I recommend buying a 60-65W POE switch if you are powering 4 or more camera. It delivers what is promised....HOWEVER, how many of you know how to calculate power formulas to make sure it will work???

SO far so good. solidly built device. connected easily and powered my reolink security camera.

Works well, What else can I say, plug it in and away you go.
