I purchased this unit a little over a year ago for my home network. The switch generally work great, except that it seems to hang every 4-5 weeks. Once I power cycle it, it works fine again.

It's a great switch but man this thing takes forever to boot. At least 5 minutes boot time until it starts passing traffic. I have some dell vmware servers that finish post-ing and boot vmware and start loading VMs before this thing finishes it's power on routine.

This is a great switch with 4x10GBE ports. It is easy to configure via CLI or web GUI. It's stable and silent. I wish it had a console port though.
