I replaced the same product with another brand, and the comparison was in favour of TP-LINK. Just as easy to install, it's much quieter. It manages cooling requirements. As far as basic functions are concerned, I'm equally satisfied with my choice.

This is a great 24-port gigabit switch. Best part are the mounting brackets which allow you to mount it against a wall or a flat surface as they can be rotated 90 degrees
