On April 11, 2017 we ordered a bunch of 5406R zl2 switches which are suppose to be sealed with full HP warranty but when one of the 5406R power supplies failed almost three weeks ago and we contacted HP and gave them the serial number for the switch, they said that this SN is not in their database and we've to contact the seller. So We've been trying to contact "Datacenter Distributors" for the last two weeks but they are even not replying! So now we've to pay for a new power supply to replace the failed one and hope that we will not get another failure for the remaining parts.
